Terms & Delivery

• Standard delivery within 48 hours
• Payment due upon delivery
• Images delivered in high-resolution and MLS-ready formats
• Travel fees may apply outside our 30-mile service area
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations
• Weather-related rescheduling at no additional charge
• Properties should be presentation-ready upon arrival
• If a return trip is required because the property is not
presentation-ready, or inaccessible upon arrival,
a $75 Return Trip Fee may apply.
• Additional editing requests beyond the original scope
may incur additional charges
• Scheduling a photography session constitutes acceptance of these terms.
